teaches you that Fitness is more than just regular exercise.  There are at least five commonly recognized components of fitness.  To achieve better fitness you have to pay attention to all the components.  Exercise certainly helps to speed up the process as long as you have a well-rounded plan.  Developing a solid exercise routine is one of the first orders of business with your Program Leader.  You can also gain fitness by boosting your regular daily activities and adding some recreation.
