Knowing YOU better is a top priority.  A variety of coaching program options will be recommended to match your specific needs.  My Fit Weight Nutrition Coaching services are self-pay and affordable. Ultimately you choose the coaching program that suits you best.  The first step is a highly consultative intake, and a little homework is possible - no quiz, though!

  • Streamline Plan

    The online Streamline program offers enough of what you need to focus on your goals and achieve holistic health.  Personal coaching occurs via video or telecommunication once or twice weekly.  In between, you practice skills that build on themselves.  Your feedback, results, check-ins, and goals are all part of the process. In addition to sessions, your coach is available through messaging.  


    Pricing:

    • Personalized Consultative Intake and Program Kick-off (60 min one time)...$65
    • Live online My Fit Weight Nutrition Coaching sessions (30 min one or two times per week initially)... $38 each        
    • The session schedule is typically much less frequent once the client is in Maintain & Sustain Mode.


  • Optimum Plan

    The Optimum program offers a focused dive into nutrition and optimal health and wellness.  The Streamline program includes more time and tools to move you up a notch.  Coaching sessions are longer, so you gain more knowledge and confidence. 


    You will be guided and challenged to try skills and track progress.  One-to-one coaching is recommended one or two times per week.  Your assignments nudge you along with more efficiency.  Frequent check-ins foster results as you embrace the five core pillars that are the backbone of the My Fit Weight Nutrition Coaching program.  The extra attention reaps great rewards.

    • Personalized Consultative Intake & Program Kick-off (60 min one time)...$65
    • Five Pillar Design and Implementation (60 min one time)...$65
    • Live online My Fit Weight Nutrition Coaching sessions (45 min 1-2 times per week)...$52 each
    • The session schedule is typically much less frequent once the client is in Maintain & Sustain Mode.
  • Pinnacle Plan

    Do you desire a high level of accountability and support?  The Pinnacle program combines top-notch coaching features, in-person activities, and full support from your current team, such as trainers, and health providers (with permission).  


    Suggested changes may involve your home environment, typical daily habits, meal planning, cooking, and food shopping.  Coaching sessions are the longer time slot; two to three times per week works best.   You agree to meet in person at least twice monthly within the schedule.  The added time helps build excellent skills and consistency.   Frequent check-ins and more detailed data logging are paramount for mastering newly formed healthy habits.  


    The five core pillars of the My Fit Weight Nutrition Coaching program will be given significant attention.  Together with your coach, you will be restructuring your food choices for lasting health and a more sustainable environment.

    • Intensive assessment of  external factors (90 min in person)...$115
    • Live on-line My Fit Weight Coaching sessions (45 min; two or more  times per week)...$52 each
    • In-person My Fit weight Coaching visits (60 min; one to two times per month)...$75*
    • The session schedule is typically much less frequent once the client is in Maintain & Sustain Mode.
